At MI Express Care, our self-pay visits start at just $100, ensuring affordable care without the hassle of insurance claims or high deductibles. It’s perfect if you don’t have insurance or if you have high copays and deductibles. Of course, if you choose to use your insurance plan, we are happy to take care of you and bill your visit. Click here for a list of insurances that we accept. During your visit, there may be minimal additional charges for specific services, tailored to your needs, such as:

X-ray per body part/area - $40
Splinting per body area Orthoglass/Ace Wrap - $75
EKG - $35
Additional Injections/Rapid Antigen Testing Beyond 100$ fee - $25
Laceration Repair per body part (includes removal if paying cash) - $50 (Laceration repair needing more than 1 suture kit, $25 per additional suture)
Finger Splint - $25
Lab draw fee - $50
Regular IVF: Normal Saline 500cc - $125
